Here are a few things you that will help you prepare before you make your journey out to Lil Hatu Ranch for Paradigm 2o26, Frequency & Flow.
1) Come Prepared - Practice Radical Self Reliance - Make sure you have all necessities you will need for 3 days of primitive camping upon arrival, as we will be limiting all travel outside of the ranch grounds to minimize traffic & dust in our local county and neighborhood roads. ($20 Re-Entry fee)
We will have potable water available to fill your water containers/jugs up. See site map above.
What to bring: Tent, FOOD, water, flashlight/headlamp, gas cooking stove, trash bags, warm evening coat, boots, sun screen, wide brim sun hat, refillable personal water container, flow toys, tribal drums, sitting pillow or yoga mat, & wet wipes.
2) Leave no trace - "Pack it in Pack it out folks" If you separate your trash, we will have a recycle trailer and will take your recyclables (aluminum and steel cans only). Glass bottles, plastic, and reg trash will have to go home with you :)
3) Be prepared for Bi Polar weather - Hot days, chilly nights, possibly high winds & rain ( and with rain we get lots of mud ). Note* there will be NO PERSONAL CAMPFIRES allowed whatsoever. - Refer to 1st paragraph
A) Handwashing stations and Bio Filtration Toilets will be available on site, as well as hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes for a cleaner / healthier experience :) - See site map above.
4) Your Furry family members are welcome to join us, however they must be leashed, well behaved, and animal friendly IE: Human, dog, cat, chicken, and native wildlife friendly (and we have lots). If they cant meet these standards they must be penned up or left at home.
( There are 6 working ranch dogs on property ) They are the only dogs allowed off leash on the Ranch.
5) Things not to bring: Fireworks, guns, a bad attitude, drama, or anything illegal - Things you can bring: Your Own Alcohol (No alcohol/beer vending), Flow toys, your tribal drums, your playa bike, a good attitude,
and above all your beautiful selves.
Be safe when traveling, watch your speeds, and for all wildlife (especially locally in the evenings), be courteous and respectful to the locals, & have a wonderful time.
RANCH RULES & REGULATIONS
( Some redundancy here )
1) Absolutely NO PERSONAL FIRES, Fireworks, Firearms, anything illegal, or charcoal grills are allowed in the venue. - already established
Ranch fire pits will be operational and maintained by staff/crew/residents only. Providing we are not in a fire ban.
2) No smoking anywhere but in designated areas ( fire pits, Mainstage, Burn Barrels, your tent/car, etc ) - Just be smart about where you are smoking
and absolutely no BUTTS hit the ground - we are in a very high FIRE DANGER out here, thank you
3) LEAVE NO TRACE - Pack it in Pack it out - please clean up after yourselves/ & keep your camping areas picked up, ty.
4) Keep/store your food items up high or in animal proof containers to keep the native wildlife and dogs out of your stuff.
5) All children must stay within the festival / gathering area only and must be accompanied by a parent whenever leaving the designated area,
this includes all Ranch and resident living areas, equipment, semi trailers, vehicles, etc ty :)
As they can get hurt on some of the stuff out here.
6) Please keep your trash in a spot/container that will not allow YOUR trash to be blown around as
we do get some pretty high winds out here.
7) Absolutely no driving around the Ranch - once in your camp spot, please park it for the entire
event, unless you are going to town, going hiking, etc.( $20 Re-Entry ) If you are camping in the Brush, you must
clear the spot under the car of all weeds, grass, and brush both underneath and around the
car as well - 3rd leading cause of Wild Fires occur from running cars igniting the dead grass
underneath them.
8) Main bathrooms/Bio Filtration toilets & handwashing stations are located on the south side of Main Stage as well as the Potable water
trailer where you can fill up your water jugs/bottles. We are trying to reduce plastic bottle single use & waste,
PLEASE bring a reusable water container :)
9) Please do not wander off of the Ranch grounds, most of the property is surrounded by fencing both permanent and temporary -
don't cross ANY barriers, or fencing.
10) If you need assistance, information, or someone in charge to talk to, or need to report a situation, seek out anyone with bright yellow handkerchief or orange/yellow safety vest (they can help you, they are staff, security (GROOVE PATROL) or residents.
11) Check on your friends often, use the buddy system when wandering around, stay hydrated and sun protected.
12) If you brought your furry loved ones keep them leashed & with you at all times or contained, we don't want
to find any animals without their owners.
We have dogs, cats, chickens, and a ton of wildlife out here. The only roamers allowed are the
resident dogs: Lucy (Blue Healer/Black Lab), Tank (Great Pyrenees), & Molly (Shepard/Coyote Mix )
Sweetie ( great Pyrenees ), and CK ( Great Pyrenees ).
13) All vehicles entering the property are subject to search upon entry or at any time during the event.
14) Commercial use of any images, video, or footage of this event is strictly prohibited without prior
consent. All video, pictures, and or footage taken at this event can only be posted to social sites
once the event is over, however, Livestreaming to social platforms is allowed.
**** Persons violating any of these rules and regulations, after fair warning, will be removed from the property *****
Peace, Love, Unity, Respect, Responsibility
Much Love & Gratitude
